Second, because I know the economic, cultural and work environment of law firms in the Greater Washington area, I can help you target those that best fit. Further, I can tell you what each law firm is really like to work in and help you evaluate the pros and cons of each potential employer.
Third, I handle all assignments myself and do not delegate the critical functions involved in assisting you with your lateral move. I work strictly with law firm decision-makers relevant to your search—usually managing partners, practice group leaders or lateral hiring partners.
